Exciting Times for Fort Victoria

The regeneration of Fort Victoria is designed to reinvigorate the historic Fort and establish it as a gateway for visitor’s exploration of the site’s outstanding heritage.

The project will arrest the deteriorating condition of the Grade II listed structure, and respond to local demand for easier access to the site’s diverse and unique heritage. It will achieve this through a measured package of works designed to respect the peaceful character of the area and includes the rejuvenation of the existing corner classroom, Ranger’s office and the Fort’s facade which will strengthen the visual coherence and character of this historic building.
