Phase 1 – Upgrade and refurbishment of outdoor pools and facilities.
Phase 2 – New children’s indoor pool extension.
Phase 3 – The Hotel, Health Spa and Sports Hall.
Phase 4 – Single and duplex apartments.
Phase 5 – New access road.
Phase 6 – New chalet accommodation.
