LEADERSHIP AND MANAGEMENT ACHIEVEMENTS
As an industry, construction is moving towards team working, and
through the finding within the EGAN report there is a definite move
towards dropping the old adversarial ways that have been endemic
for years within the industry.
We manage the business using strategies that encourage team working
and where possible, maintain a flat structure to the business. All
of the principals of the business work closely at a technical level
with the staff and our design office is open planned to encourage
good communication within the team.
We believe, that as a company, we are well placed to be effective
within the new team culture.
We have worked closely with the Isle of Wight Council Education
Department for a number of years and have recently been sucessful
in becoming Lead Consultants in their Partnering Agreement for the
design and construction of Education Buildings.
